Complifyit provides CAC registration, compliance, and legal document services. We act as an intermediary between clients and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and other regulatory bodies. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from government agencies.

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
• Pay all fees associated with your service requests
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Fees for services are clearly displayed before you submit your request. Government fees and levies are non-refundable once paid to regulatory bodies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Complifyit platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Complifyit and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Complifyit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
